Handmade & One-Of-A-Kind Paintings
Every oil and watercolor painting is carved, cut, manipulated and painted by myself and myself alone. While I strive for uniform measurements, patterns and sizes please know that every piece is unique and may show signs of being handmade. I love to play with texture, especially in my oil paintings. Texture created by the paint itself as well as texture carved into or developed onto the wood panel underneath the paint's surface. I hope you love these small details as much as I do!

Types of Work
AVAILABLE WORK: Work pre-made and ready for purchase. You will receive the piece as shown in the image and pieces will be shipped out within 4-5 days after order confirmation. All orders are non refundable.
MADE TO ORDER: At this time, Made to Order requests are not available, but may become available in the future. Should Made to Order requests become available, customers will be informed via www.arielleramirez.com, via social channels, and via email notifications to subscribed lists. Join the mailing list by filling in the form in the footer at the end of this page.
COMMISSIONED WORK: May be considered on a case by case basis. Please submit your request via the contact page.
Shipping
All items available to ship within the contiguous U.S. (this does not include Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories) via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs at this time are flat rates, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Items will be shipped out within 4-5 days after order confirmation.

When checking out, please make sure your shipping address is correct. Arielle Ramirez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect addresses, nor after a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Packing
OIL PAINTINGS ON WOOD are wrapped in a layer of glassine paper to protect the surface from scratches, and bubble wrap to minimize movement within a corrugated box during shipping. Whenever possible, I will be collecting, recycling, and re-using previously gently-used packing materials from personal shipments to fill any gaps within the box.
WATERCOLOR PAINTINGS ON PAPER are wrapped in a poly bag with chipboard pads and shipped in a rigid mailer to protect from moisture and bending.
Theft & Lost Packages
Arielle Ramirez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Returns/Exchanges/Damages
All sales are final and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Every item is inspected before leaving the studio, but accidents can happen during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please send an email with detailed photos of the damage to the piece(s) as well as the package it arrived in with all labels visible within 48 hours. Replacement/refund arrangements will be made on a case by case basis.
